Rooftop Kindergarden

This project reimagines an existing University of Toronto building by adding a rooftop kindergarten that bridges the gap between daycare and elementary school. The design blends playful, safe, and stimulating environments with the urban campus context. Classrooms and play areas are bathed in natural light, connected by vibrant circulation zones, and open onto secure outdoor terraces, fostering exploration, learning, and community connection.
